We still encourage you to have a paper copy on hand at our main office available for applicants and tenants to look at in our books.  Please follow this link to download a Rental Property form (Adobe pdf format) and fax it to us at 719-632-7807, to put in the 3-ring binders in our lobby.

Current Section 8 Landlords: The Housing Authority has acquired a computer program from our software provider that will enable you to access direct deposit advices for rents paid via a secure website instead of waiting for them to arrive by regular mail. You will also be able to view an 18 month history and current year-to-date totals of payments made to you.
If you are currently a Section 8 Landlord and would be interested in obtaining online access to your payments, please send Cindy an email to that affect at ccb@csha.us and she will send you information on how to register for the program.
