***The Housing Authority of the City of Colorado Springs
is currently not accepting applications for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher
Program, Conventional Public Housing, Elderly, or Disabled waiting lists.
The Housing Authority of the City of Colorado Springs will accept applications
for:
Moderate Rehabilitation Program (Mod Rehab), Rio
Grande Village Apartments, Shook's Run Apartments, and referrals from: Homeless Veterans Program (VASH), and
Plaza on Platte (SRO) ***

assist low to moderate-income families and elderly and disabled persons to
obtain affordable housing that is safe, decent, and sanitary. |

The Housing Authority has several Housing
Assistance Programs it operates including Public
Housing, Housing
Choice Vouchers,
Senior Housing, and the Plaza of Platte
(SRO). Other Programs
include Family Self-Sufficiency, Homeownership, the Golden Circle Nutrition
Program, and the Colorado Springs Senior
Center.
